WWE is always looking for new ways to bring more subscribers to the ‘WWE Network’ and it looks like they have some interesting ideas cooking. While there has been plenty of talk regarding WWE and it’s interest in acquiring the tape library from TNA, it appears WWE is discussing something on a bigger scale regarding their network.
While WWE may be solely interested in TNA’s tape library, the latest news about a potential tier pricing system for WWE Network raises the question about WWE’s interest in TNA going beyond just the tape library.
Perhaps WWE and Billy Corgan, a minority owner in TNA, has had talks about the future of the wrestling promotion and if Corgan would be on board with a collaboration.
While that is an unlikely scenario, WWE may have taken note of TNA’s latest ‘Bound for Glory’ PPV which was one of the company’s best, and most talked about, events of the year.
